1. I forgot my login password. What do I do?
Click the Log In link and then click the "Forgot your password?" link.
2. How do I purchase and use a Gift Certificate?
a. First you have to purchase one, just like any other product.
b. Then, after we approve & release it to you account, you can log back into your account ("My Account"), and it will show you the Gift Certificate amount available.
c. During Step 2 of your next purchase/checkout process there will be a Gift Certificate "Apply Amount" box and "Available balance" amount. (see picture below)
d. You can use any portion of Available Balance amount during this purchase.
3. How do I send a Gift Certificate to a friend or family member?
a. First you have to purchase one, just like any other product.
b. Then, after we approve & release it to you account, you can log back into your account and you will see a "Send a Gift Certificate" button inside the shopping cart basket on the top/right side of website. (See picture below) *You will also see the button when you click on "My Account".
c. Click the "Send a gift certificate" button and fill out the information and click the "Send" button
3. How do I use (Redeem) a Gift Certificate that someone sent me?
a. Click Here to view instructions (read b. and c. below before clicking on this link)
b. Copy and Paste the Gift Certificate Redemption code# you received from the email into the Redemption Code box and then Click the Redeem button
c. The Gift Certificate amount is now available in your account. See question#2 above to view how to apply it during the checkout procedure.
